The letters of the verse can be colored in; they are drawn small and tight, it was not on purpose but was just hard to get it worked out. This is perfect practice for the fine finger dexterity.
The scene provides a lot of opportunities to be creative. The sky can be blue but suggest the kids put some clouds in it.
The foreground can be a bright green for the grass.
The treeline can be darker greens.
The mountains can be purple or violet, grey and brown which will contrast against the greens of the trees and break up the cool of the sky and cool of the trees.
Leave the building white or it could be red or brown the roof can be red or grey and the windows can be any color.
