Speak Lord, Your Servant is Listening Coloring Page, 1 Samuel 3:9

This printable coloring page will be useful for parents, home school families and teachers. It can be used in Children's Church, VBS, Vacation Bible School, Backyard Bible Club, or family Bible time. This is the verse the kids recite in our Awana Bible Club at church. Coloring the letters helps you to memorize the verse.

It is not in any current Awana resource book that I know of but I tell my kids it is our special club prayer. We say it as a group before each lesson. It seems to me that the kids become more attentive.

The verse is from 1 Samuel 3:9 which says, "So Eli told Samuel to go and lie down, and if he calls you say, ' Speak lord your servant is listening.' so Samuel went and lay down in his place." the coloring page is only part of the verse.

To print the picture below just highlight it and send it to your printer or save to your device to print later. See the tab for how to print if you are having problems, or try one of the updated files below.

This could be used to support the Bible story of the boy Samuel, or as a memory verse. It could be time filler in Sunday School class or an extra take home to help review the lesson.

I was in the mood to play with the calligraphy of the lettering so I added a few touches of flourish. It may challenge some of the kids who have issues with fine finger dexterity, but for the most part the letters are open enough to color in.
