Take Delight In the Lord, Psalm 37:4, Free Printable Coloring Page.

This is a free Psalm 37:4 print and color page for kids and adults.

It is a great Bible verse craft project.

The simplicity of the design makes it work to remember the verse, and when it is done, it becomes an enjoyable reminder of God's truth.

Psalm 37:4 says:

 "Take delight in the lord and he will give you the desires of your heart."  Psalm 37:4

The bubble letters are big enough for small fingers to color. The hearts on the border can be colored in red, pink, or any color, the leaves can be green, and the flowers can be all kinds of colors.

ABOUT MY ART

It is a simple picture but took a lot of work. I traced the letters over a page of grid paper to create an open area that you can color. I had to draw the flowers a few times and then trace them. After I was satisfied, I traced it all onto one page and scanned it into the computer. After that, I had to clean it up using Microsoft paint. It took a few hours, but I am delighted with how it turned out.

  • The hearts can be red, pink or some other warm color. 
  • The flowers are an opportunity for doing a lot of colors. 
  • The letters can be colored in. 
  • The background can be a contrasting color too.
