THE VERSE

This is one of those wonderful scriptures that tells us so many things. It surprises us, but shouldn't, that Jesus knew the details of her life. It tells us to honor even the smallest gift offered to the Lord.  It is noteworthy that he gives praise to an insignificant woman's offering of all the religious activity of worship and religion. If Jesus is watching anything you do in church, it may not be the singing, teaching, building, programs, or anything else; he is watching what we give.

A WORD ABOUT PRINTING

If you print on heavy cardstock paper, you can use watercolor paint or pens and inks.

COLOR THE PICTURE.

There are many opportunities for young artists to be creative with this picture. 
If you use fine-tipped markers or colored pencils like my favorite, Prismacolor, you can get into the smaller areas. 
The letters are big enough to color in. 
The widow has a lot of clothing to color, and the treasury can be colored in many different ways.
