Hebrews 12;1 says,

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us," Hebrews 12:1.

MY ART

I spent a few hours on this art. I looked up what others have done with this scripture and what artwork was available. (Interestingly, I found a nice version of this verse as wall art on Society6 using the running shoe as the shape of the words.  CLICK HERE to see this art.) In my drawing, I have a man running, which you can color in. I had to draw the man over a few times and trace it a couple of more before I was happy with it. He is on the road to the cross, so there are opportunities to do some creative things with the coloring. There are some rolling hills. You do not have to be limited to the drawing; you can draw the sky behind the letters with the sunset or clouds. I hope you like it.

COLOR THE PICTURE

This picture can be beautiful if you use fine-tipped markers or colored pencils. 
I prefer Prismacolor pencils since they blend so well and are vibrant. 
You can add clouds to the sky by leaving areas white. 
The runner can be very colorful. 
The cross on the horizon can be a silhouette.
Consider purple or violet for the distant hills. 

I hope you create a masterpiece.
