Hebrews 4:12 says,

"For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart."Hebrews 4:12. ESV.

My printable Hebrews 4:12 coloring page is not just for kids. I drew it for the kids in the Awana club at church.  Coloring the letters in a Bible verse helps you remember it and learn the Bible. When it is done, the page is a reminder of God's Word. It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults.

TO PRINT THE PICTURE

The image below should work on most printers when clicked and accessed through the pull-down menu. Sometimes people have trouble making the image center or fit on the page, and if you have problems, CLICK HERE to visit my how-to-print for some suggestions, or try one of the updated files below.

COLOR THE PICTURE

There are many ways to express yourself as you color this picture. If you use fine-tipped markers or colored pencils, such as Prismacolor, which are my personal favorite, then you can get into the smaller areas. You can find Prismacolor pencils at Michaels or Hobby Lobby, and coupons are usually available online.
  • The letters can be any color, including dark brown, blue, or violet.
  • The heart can be pink or red, making it stand out in the frame.
  • The frame bars look good in bright colors like orange or red.
  • The sword can be a light blue, which will make it look like steel and is nicer than gray.
  • I suggest coloring the background in a pastel tan or light rose to contrast the other colors.
  • The Bible at the bottom can have red or yellow edges, as some Bibles do.

Blessings, and Thank You
