If you print on heavy cardstock paper, you can use watercolor paint or pens and inks.
I hope this coloring page turns out beautiful for you. There are a lot of things to color and make it nice. You might like to use colored pencils to fill in the letters. The vines and leaves can be a lot of greens, and the flowers can be many beautiful colors. The frame bars can be a contrasting color.
