Free Psalm 118:1 Print and Color Page, Give Thanks to the Lord... Bible verse.

Here is a free print and color page for 118:1 


This is a favorite scripture and is popular in children's programs, where it is used to teach children to have a spirit of thankfulness. Of course, that is a lifelong lesson, and we all need to learn it. This verse is used in the Awana club Sparky lessons. It is a great verse to memorize.

You can have a lot of fun coloring this picture. There are flowers and hearts around the border; they can be colorful. 
  • The letters are open and can be filled in nicely.
  • I put a praying person in each of the two diagonal corners. 
  • As an afterthought, I put a single butterfly on one of the borders. 
  • The frame bars can be a contrasting color.
  • The background can be a different hue.
