Free 1 Samuel 12:24 Print and Color Page

This is a free 1 Samuel 12:24 print and color page.

ABOUT THIS VERSE
This verse admonishes us to serve God and be faithful to Him. It reminds us to think about the great things He has done for us. The implication is that reflecting on these things will inspire us to serve and reverence Him more.

This is a great verse to memorize and reflect on. Coloring the words helps you remember them.

If you want to study this verse, here is a link to a hub of helpful commentaries on it. CLICK HERE.

A WORD ABOUT PRINTING

THE ART
I spent two days creating this picture. I traced the flowers on the border about three times and the little butterfly about seven. After I traced it together, I scanned it into the computer, and I still had to clean it up with Microsoft paint. It was a lot of work, but I am finally happy with it! I hope you like it.

COLOR THIS PICTURE
  • If you use fine-tipped markers or pencils, this can be beautiful.
  • There are many flowers, vines, and leaves to color in this picture.
  • The frame bar can be a contrasting color,
  • The background can be a different color.
  • You can also color in the letters.

I hope you make it into a masterpiece.

Blessings, and Thank You,

Free 1 Samuel 16:7 Print and Color Page, The Lord Looks on the Heart.

Here is a print-and-color page that features a challenging verse on judging others from 1 Samuel. It tells us not to judge people by their appearance. It teaches us that God looks at the heart and that we should look at people and consider what is in a person's heart.  This verse is particularly important for people today.

1 Samuel 16:7 says,

"But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."" 1 Samuel 16:7.

Sometimes, it takes me hours to create these coloring pages, but I do it because I love God's Word and hope these coloring pages are a blessing to you.

A WORD ABOUT PRINTING

The picture below is designed for USA standard letter-sized paper. If you are using something different, then you may need to make a change to your printer's dialogue box. If you have trouble printing, see the "CLICK HERE"  to see my how-to-print page for some suggestions. Or you can try the PDF link.

MY ART

I spent several hours creating this for you.  It utilized parts of previous coloring pages and a small amount of computer art software. There are parts that I hand-drew. I had to scan them into the computer. Then I spent a couple of hours cleaning things up on the computer and using the computer to make the letters.

COLOR THE PICTURE

If you use fine-tipped markers or pencils, this could be a beautiful picture when you color it.
  • There are hearts in the corners that can be red or pink.
  • There are vines around the edges that can be green. There are frame bars that can be a contrasting color.
  • The letters are open, so you can fill them in.
  • I suggest dark blue, brown, or another color, but try avoiding black.- it is boring.
  • The background areas can be a pale hue to contrast with the bright colors of the decorations.

I hope you have fun, and this is a meaningful project for your family or class.

Blessings, and thank you.

I am delighted to share this free printable coloring page with Samuel 3:9-10, "Speak Lord, Your servant is listening..." Bible Verse.

The print and color page below is a verse I use for my Awana club every night before our Bible talk time. I have the kids in the club recite the last part of the verse as a prayer; I always felt they were more attentive and in tune with the Bible message.

Samuel 3:9-10 says,

So Eli told Samuel, "Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, 'Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.'" So Samuel went and lay down in his place. The Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, "Samuel! Samuel!" Then Samuel said, "Speak, for your servant is listening. Samuel 3:9-10

I tried to do something different with this coloring page and make something like tulips from the Nile.

David And Goliath Coloring Page With Key Teaching Verse, 1 Samuel 17:45

This is a free 1 Samuel 17:45 print and color page for kids and adults.

It is a different David and Goliath coloring page. Here David's statement of Faith in The Lord Of Host is the point of the coloring page, not just a picture of a giant and a boy. This is for those who want to go deeper into the story of David and Goliath than just the surface of conflict where evil is defeated by a child.

Samuel 17:45 says,

"David said to the Philistine, "You come to me with sword, spear and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the LORD of host, the God of the armies of Israel whom you have defied."   1 Samuel 17:45

Speak Lord, Your Servant is Listening Coloring Page, 1 Samuel 3:9

I would begin teaching my children's Awana Bible club by having all the kids quote this verse. When they did, they would be more attentive and receptive.

The verse is from 1 Samuel 3:9, which says, "So Eli told Samuel to go and lie down, and if he calls you to say, ' Speak Lord your servant is listening.' so Samuel went and lay down in his place." the coloring page is only part of the verse.

This could be used to support the Bible story of the boy Samuel or as a memory verse. It could be time filler in Sunday School class or an extra take-home to help review the lesson.

ABOUT MY ART

I wanted to play with the lettering calligraphy, so I added a few touches of flourish. It may challenge some kids with fine finger dexterity issues, but for the most part, the letters are open enough to color in.

COLOR THE PICTURE
Kids like to color with crayons, but if you try colored pencils, you will get into the smaller areas. My favorite coloring pencils are Prismacolor. Prismacolor pencils can be found at Staples, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby. (I always look for coupons online.)
