This is a free Joshua 1:8 Printable Bible Verse Coloring Page.
It is a favorite verse from the Old Testament book of Joshua. It is a commandment, not like the Ten Commandments, but it is a command in the Bible, and we must obey it. It teaches us we need to know God's Word so we can obey it. We have to be careful and diligent in obeying His Word. When you are careful about something, you are paying close attention to it, and you are sure of all the details. This verse teaches us to obey ALL of God's Word, not just the popular ones. As much as this verse is a command, it is also a promise that we will be blessed and prosperous if we obey the scripture.Joshua 1:8 says,
"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. "Joshua 1:8.

ABOUT MY ART
I spend hours creating coloring pages like this; I do it because I love God's Word, and I hope they are a blessing to you.
I tried to create unique lettering for this verse so that you had space to color the words in. I wanted to give it a nice border with many areas that can be colored. I had to trace it several times. I drew the lines by tracing other straight lines. I wanted it to look hand-drawn. I couldn't do more with the border because the verse has many words. I drew an open Bible at the bottom to illustrate that the scripture is about opening up God's Word.
When you color the letters in, it helps you memorize the words, and when it is finished, you have a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching.
I like to use a little tan or yellow on the background, so it looks like parchment.
It is easier to do the background first and then color the small letters on top.
It is a perfect project for fine-tipped markers or pencils.
It can take a wetter medium if you print onto a heavier stock.
Isaiah 55:10-11
