Free Printable Luke 14:11 Bible Verse Maze for Kids Activity

This Luke 14:11 maze is a sample from an activity bulletin I create for those who support this blog.

ABOUT THIS BLOG

This blog is my way of giving back to the Lord by using the gift of art. I have coloring pages here for you that are Bible verses, so you can use them to help learn and teach God's Word. I have created Bible verse activities for you, including crossword puzzles, word search, and mazes that you can use. For those who support my blog, I create an activity bulletin every week that they can use in Bible clubs, children's churches, and outreach. If you would like to support this blog and receive BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY, you can do s with a monthly $3.20 contribution through PATREON. Use the button below to get started.

ABOUT THE VERSE

This verse is part of the teaching of Jesus.
Juke 14:11 says, "If you put yourself above others, you will be put down. But if you humble yourself, you will be honored." Luke 14:11

ABOUT PRINTING

The maze below is in JPEG format and should print fine on most printers. These printable activity pages are designed on US standard paper sizes. If you are using an international size, you can change the settings in the dialog box of your printer. If you have trouble printing any of them, then see the HOW TO PRINT tab.  I put an updated link below that may print better on some devices.

This is the maze from page 4 of BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY issue 94.  You can open it in Microsoft Paint and use cut and paste to bring it into your own bulletin. There is a file below in Word Format that may work better for some.

CLICK HERE for a file in Word that may be easier to use cut and paste. Give it a moment to load it is stored in the cloud.

HOW YOU CAN USE THIS
This can be combined with other activity printables to make a bulletin every week.  You can use this as an extra activity in your class or club. It can be given to students after class as a take-home project.  You can enter other content into the right half of the page.

I hope that your kids have fun with this maze activity.

Free Printable Psalm 4:8 Bible Verse Maze Activity Bulletin Half Page

Here is a free page from BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY an activity bulletin for kids.

This page features a maze that uses Psalm 4:8 as its theme. The object is to guide the words back into the proper place in the scripture.

BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY
Every week I create a bulletin with 10 Bible verse activities for the kids in church. I began to do this a few years ago to mail them as a follow up to children who attended summer Bible School. I create these now as a thank you to those who support my Bible verse coloring pages blog with a monthly donation of $3.50 through Patreon.

CLICK HERE to subscribe through Patreon and have immediate access to the archives of the recent issues.

THE VERSE
I like Psalm 4:8, it is a beautiful scripture of comfort. It is a promise of rest and safety. It is a worshipful verse because.

Psalm 4:8 says,

In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe. Psalm 4:8. NLT©

I choose the NLT version for this because it spoke with greater directness and more clear since it did not use the words "dwell," or the word "both" in a way that I thought would confuse children.

If you want to study this verse here is a link to a hub of helpful commentaries on it. CLICK HERE

HOW TO USE THIS PRINTABLE
The page below can be part of your own bulletin or a handout at church. You can combine it with others which you can find on this blog. The right half of the page can be a space for kids to draw a picture that illustrates the verse.  The image is a JPEG and you can make changes with Word, or Word Paint, you can use text boxes to add additional content.

PRINT
The JPEG file below should print without any problems. If you do have trouble see the HOW TO PRINT tab for some suggestions. There is an additional file below with the image layered in a Word Doc that may work better for cut and paste.

MAY I ASK?

I make this available for free. But may I ask that if you are able that you consider making a small contribution to support my art. Please click HERE TO DONATE and enter an amount that shows your level of appreciation. Even a small gift will help me to create more coloring pages like this for you. Free Printable Psalm 103:12 Bible Verse Maze Activity

This free maze activity is from BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY Activity bulletin issue 82.

The verse is from Psalm 103:12. The maze is made so that you trace the path from some of the words to their place in the verse and then you can write the word in the correct place.

The intention is for this to give children exposure to God's Word in a fun way.

This originally appeared as page 4a of an activity bulletin.

I spent a day creating this for the bulletin it may not be perfect but I am happy with it.

If you have problems making it to print out then see the HOW TO PRINT tab for some suggestions.

YOU CAN HELP

I do not charge you to print my coloring page, so you may print as many as you need. If you are able, won’t you please consider making a small contribution to support my art? Free James 1:22 Bible Verse Activity for Kids, Maze.

This maze is a free sample from BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY.

BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY is an activity bulletin for Children's church, Bible class, Bible clubs, and camps. I create it every week and send it to subscribers who follow through Patreon.  It has 10 bible verse activities on four pages that are folded like a bulletin or program.

The James 1:22 maze below is from page 3a of issue 79, (the right half, page 3b, is only available to subscribers).

If you would like to subscribe to BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY and receive a link every week with a PDF that you can print out and distribute to your class, club, or your own family then CLICK HERE to go to my Patreon Page.

James 1:22 Says

But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. James 1:22, NLT ©.

When I select scripture for each issue I look up the different translations to find the clearest one that is appropriate for young minds. I avoid long difficult words or words that are only doctrine specific.  In this case, I used the NLT because some translations use the words "deceive," "merely," and the word, "doer" which I thought were confusing to children even though those translations were accurate and embraced the truth of God's word.

If you want to study this verse here is a link to a hub of commentaries on it. CLICK HERE

If you need help making the picture below print then see the HOW TO PRINT tab for some suggestions that may help.

James 1:22 Maze Activity From BIBLE TIME FUNE WEEKLY Activity Bulletin Issue 79
