ABOUT ISSUE 127
Issue 127 was difficult to put together, but I am delighted with how it turned out.
There are so many fun things to do in this issue that I can't think of a favorite. I am excited with the "spot the difference" activity where each fish is slightly different from the others. There are 6 Bible verses about fish, and one is a false statement; I wonder how many people can tell the false from the true. The hidden letters puzzle was hard to create because the more letters I cut and pasted into the field, the more slowly the computer responded. Still, I wanted to have a lot of letters to search so it would be a fun activity and balance it with a lower level of difficulty for the younger kids.

SCRIPTURES
You can see from the list below that this issue has many favorite scriptures. Some are gospel verses, and some are discipleship and some comfort. There is one from Isaiah 40 that may be in the hard sayings of scripture category. I include these when I can because I believe in presenting the "whole counsel of God."
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
I hope the "Let's talk about it" questions will inspire kids to develop the attitude that God's word is something to meditate on, ponder and apply. I pray that teachers and parents can have Spirit-led conversations because of these questions.
