It doesn't look like much but I spent about three or four hours designing and tracing this picture. It went through a lot of changes in the process. I had to print the letters from the computer then trace them into the picture as outlines so you would be able to color the words but even with that effort I still had to redesign the letters some.
It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy, too. It helps a person memorize the verse, and when it is displayed, it is a reminder of God's Word.
It takes me hours to draw these coloring pages, but I make them because I love God's Word, and I hope they are a blessing to you. You are welcome to print as many of my coloring pages as you can use.
There are lots of ways you can color this. The background behind the letters can be any light color for contrast. The hearts can be red or pink, and some flowers can be any color. I suggest using two different greens for the vines and the leaves. The cross and landscape can give a lot of opportunities for creativity. Some borderlines can be a contrasting color like blue or make it red so it picks up the color of the hearts.
If you print this on heavy paper, you can use more mediums like markers or paint.
I hope you enjoy coloring this picture as much as I enjoyed drawing it. (I had to draw it four times before I got it right) I know you will have a wonderful time with it.
