In this activity, as kids are looking for the words from the scripture in the puzzle, they are also encountering God's Word.
The verse that is the basis of this activity is from the Sermon on The Mount.
The passage says,
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’ But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them on the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. Give to the one who asks you and does not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. Matthew 5:38-42.

It takes me hours to create a puzzle such as this, but I do it because I love God's Word and believe in its power to change lives. I hope they are a blessing to you.
Here is a link to a file that may work better on some devices. It is an image embedded in a word doc, so you should only need to highlight it and copy it, and then paste it into your own document.
You can add other content to the right half of the page. I have many coloring pages and puzzles on this blog that you can use. Open it in Microsoft paint and use cut and paste to fill the right section. You can also use an image box or text box over it.
