COLOR THE PICTURE 

There are a lot of areas that can be colored in. The letters are big enough to color, and there are hearts and flowers to color. For more fun, you can try using heart stickers or flower stickers on the coloring page. 

I drew this for our Awana kids at church.  I tried to make the letters big enough for little fingers to color and still have all the words to the verse on the page.  I used a handout when teaching a lesson about faith in God and His power to help us in times of need. It is a clear picture, and the kids loved it. It is an inspirational verse, and we all find comfort in it no matter who we are or what place we are in our lives. It is a scripture that we all want to memorize and be reminded of.

THE VERSE

This is one of those wonderful scriptures that tell us so many things. It surprises us, but shouldn't, that Jesus knew the details of her life. It tells us to honor even the smallest gift offered to the Lord.  It is noteworthy that he gives praise to an insignificant woman's offering of all the religious activity of worship and religion. If Jesus is watching anything you do in church, it may not be the singing, teaching, building, programs, or anything else he is watching what we give.

There are a lot of opportunities for young artists to be creative with this picture. If you use fine-tipped markers or colored pencils like my favorite, Prismacolor, you can get into the smaller areas. The letters are big enough to color in. The widow has a lot of clothing to color, and the treasury can be colored in many different ways.

Free Robin Hood Coloring Page

Print and color Robin Hood print and color page for kids and adults.

When I was a kid I used to watch a show on the old black and white tv about Robin Hood and have always been impressed by the hero who opposed the evil administrator of Sherwood forest. It was one of my favorite shows so I had to create a coloring page of Robin Hood. 

This started as something I drew for an art lesson on how to draw a human figure but after I finished it I thought that some kids might just like to color him in. I had to draw it over about eight times before I got it right.

You can draw the forest around him. Have some tree trunks behind and a lot of bushes and draw a path for him to stand on.

Use a lot of green and brown to color him in.
