This verse tells us why God sent Jesus. It teaches that Christ always had the purpose of being our savior. It helps you memorize the scripture when you color the letters, and when it is done this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching. 

This is a favorite Awana Verse for the Sparks club.

1 John 4:14 says,

"The Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. ." 1 John 4:14.

I had a lot of fun drawing the little flowers in the border but the ribbon was a lot of extra work.  I thought the little cross in the corner was a nice touch that connected the artwork to the verse.

COLOR THE PICTURE
