"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.Matthew 5:16.

Printable Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in The Lord Coloring Page

This is a free Proverbs 3:5-6 printable coloring page- great for children and adults.

Here is a favorite verse of faith and promise that has inspired people to trust The Lord for centuries. When you color the letters in, it helps you to remember the verse and to memorize it. When it is done, this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching. It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says,

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and he will make your paths straight.Proverbs 3:5-6.

ABOUT THE ART
I had to draw this more than once to get it right, and a few parts I traced several times. I wanted to give it a full border with lots of flowers you can color and some vines twisting around. The letters were complicated. I printed the verse and then traced around the letters, and as I traced the letters, I added a few little curls to give them character. Then I traced the border on the page. It was a lot of work, but this is one of my favorite scriptures. I really wanted to make it special. I hope you find it useful and fun.

COLOR THE PAGE

To get into the smaller areas, you can color the letters with a fine-tipped marker or color pencils like my favorite, Prismacolor. You can find Prismacolor pencils at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. (I always look for coupons online.) The letters are big enough to color in. If you will color the background around the lettering, I suggest you do that first and then color the letters after. The flowers can be any number of colors, but sometimes they look good if they are left white and color everything around them. Try to use more than one green on the leaves adjoining the flowers are bigger and shaped different, so you can make them one hue of green and the smaller leaves a different green. The bordering frames can be a contrasting color to everything else.

Blessings,  And Thank You.

Printable 2 Timothy 2:15 Study To Show Yourself Approved Coloring Page

Here is a free 2 Timothy 2:15 Printable Coloring Page.

This is a printable picture to color of a popular verse of scripture from the New Testament. It is a key verse in our Awana kids club. The picture is a little like an illuminated text but not overdone or else you would not be able to color it in. It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too.

Coloring in the scripture helps you to memorize it and when it is displayed it is a reminder of God's Word.

2 Timothy 2:15 says:

"Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."  2 Timothy 2:15.

THE ART
This picture was a lot of work to create. I had to trace parts of it over several times.  I copied some elements from other coloring pages and made adjustments to them so they would fit in this picture. I had to print out the words and then trace them onto the picture before I scanned it all back into the computer. Once I had it on the computer I cleaned things up there.  I am very happy it and hope you like it too.

Printable Coloring Page of a Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly.

This is a printable picture to color of a nice butterfly on a daisy.

I drew it for an art lesson for how to paint in watercolor but I thought it would be a nice one for the little artist to color in. It is very simple in design so the younger artist will not be too challenged by it.

Parents and teachers can use this in the home or school.  It can be used in the waiting room or any place where little hands are happier if they are entertained.

It can be taken along as a vacation time activity in the car or on a plane ride.

The tiger swallowtail butterfly is mostly yellow with some black markings.

HOW TO PRINT THE FREE COLORING PAGE BELOW
  • With some printers, you can just highlight it and send it to your printer.
  • Some printers work better if you copy and paste the image into a Word Document then print as you would normally. (If you get a small image just adjust the margins from the page layout in the toolbar, then drag the image to enlarge it.)
  • Some printers work better if you first drag the image to your desktop and print from there.
If you have problems printing see the "HOW TO PRINT" tab above or try one of the updated links below that should print better.

Guard Of Your Heart Printable Coloring Page.

Guards around a heart coloring page.

This is a picture I drew to illustrate a blog post about guarding your heart against sin so you can serve God. When I was done I thought it would make a nice coloring page for some romantic person. I moved the image low on the page to give room for you to write a special message.

You can use this in for a wedding anniversary, valentine's day, or a declaration that you will guard the heart of the one you love. It could be downloaded and used in a PowerPoint.

It can be taken along as a vacation time activity in the car or on a plane ride.

COLOR THE PICTURE
There are a lot of ways this picture can be colored. The armor can be colored in different colors. You could add a picture in the heart or just make it pink or red. I would use cool colors for the armor and warm colors for the background and heart. Or you could make the background very dark and the armor remaining white for the knight in shining armor theme.

Proverbs 1:7, The Fear Of The Lord, Printable Coloring Page

This is a free Proverbs 1:7 Printable Coloring Page.

This is a printable picture to color a popular verse of scripture from the book of Proverbs. It teaches us that wisdom begins with a healthy respect for who God is. Some translations of the Bible use other words like respect instead of fear. But God is awesome and great, so there is a logical reason to have a holy fear of Him.

The picture is a little like an illuminated text but not overdone, or else you would not be able to color it in. It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too.

Adults may like to color this too. Coloring in the scripture helps you memorize it, and when it is displayed, it is a reminder of God's Word.

Proverbs 1:7 says,

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." Proverbs 1:7.

THE ART
I spent a long time drawing this coloring page, and I had to trace parts of it several times. I printed the words and then traced them onto the picture but changed them to look more like something you might see on an ancient illuminated page. I finished it on the computer to clean things up and add the straight lines of the frame bars. I like the way it turned out, and I hope you like it.

This is a printable picture to color that illustrates a powerful verse. The picture is a little like an illuminated text but not overdone, or else you would not be able to color it in. It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too.

This is a scripture that is a declaration of truth that the Lord God is the One God. It is also a promise of his provision and care.

Isaiah 45:5-6 says,

"I am the LORD, and there is no other, besides me there is not God. I will gird you though you have not known me; that men may know from the rising of the setting of the sun that there is no one besides Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other."  Isaiah 45:5-6

Prismacolor pencils can be found at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. (I always look for coupons online.) It is a little odd that the sun is in the picture twice, but the verse talks about the rising and the setting sun, so why not put them both in? You can try making the sunrise more orange and the sun setting more yellow. The landscape with the mountains can be an area of interest too. The clouds can have color if not overdone. You can color the letters, but if the background is dark, they may look brilliant if left white, like negative space.

Free Printable Galatians 6:9, Do Not Grow Weary...Coloring Page

This is a free Galatians 6:9 Printable Bible Verse Coloring page.

Here is a printable picture to color of a favorite verse. The picture is designed in a way that is like an illuminated text but not overdone or else you would not be able to color it in. It is a great kids craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too.

Adults will enjoy coloring this too. If you print it on card-stock you can use more mediums such as markers and watercolor.

Galatians 6:9 says,

"Let us not become weary in doing good for in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9.

Coloring the letters of the scripture helps you to memorize it and when it is displayed at home it is a reminder of God's love.

I spent a lot of time drawing this picture for you  I tried to give the border a lot of interest. I had to trace the fruit several times to get it right. The wheat grain at the bottom was a challenge too. I wanted to do something different with the frame bars and so I made them in front of the border art at places and behind in other places. I had to trace this a couple of times before it was right. I had to print the words from the computer and then traced them into the picture, but I changed them to make the font unique for the art.  I hope you like it.
