Shepherds and Angel Printable Christmas Verse Coloring Page, Luke 2:12

This is a free Luke 2:12  Printable Bible Verse to Color. 

I am glad to share with you my Christmas verse printable coloring page of the shepherds when the angel announces the birth of Jesus. It can be used in Children's Church, Bible class, club, or Christmas celebrations. It is a great project to keep the young artist occupied or to fill in the extra time in class.
Coloring pages make a nice vacation activity in the car or on a plane.

Luke 2:12  says,

"But the angel said, Do not be afraid, I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all people.  Today in the town of David, a savior has been born to you; he is the messiah the lord." Luke 2:10-11.

The verse letters are open bubble type and can be colored in, but it looks good if you color the sky all dark around the letters and leave them white. The shepherds and the angel give a lot of opportunities for the young artist to have fun.

Kids like to color with crayons, but if you try colored pencils, you will be able to get into the smaller areas. My favorite coloring pencils are Prismacolor. Prismacolor pencils can be found at Staples, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby. (I always look for coupons online.)

Sometimes it takes me hours to draw these coloring pages, but I draw them because I love God's Word and hope they are a blessing to you. 

The artwork took a lot of time for me to do. I drew the hands five or six times before I was happy with the design, then I traced it over to finish it on the picture. I had to trace the letters several times to get them right. 

COLOR THE PICTURE

The letters can be colored in with colored pencils or fine-tipped markers. The hands can be colored with almost any medium.

Printable Coloring Page For the Sight Word, And

This is a free printable resource to help the young student learn one of their sight words. It is just the word "And" that may be colored in, this may benefit those who are tactile learners. since they can color the letters. Having only one word on a page may help those who have trouble focusing and sorting one word from another.

I am not an educator but I believe parents and teachers will be able to find ways to use this project in class and at home. A few of my amateur ideas are below.

     * It could be part of a larger lesson or given as an extra time activity or as a reward project.
     * Several words can be stapled together into a word book.
     * Use it as a flash card.
     * Tape the words to the wall around the room to tell a story.

This is a page that can be printed and given to a young student who is learning their sight words. It is one word and can be colored in to help teach the lesson. The letters are big enough for small fingers to deal with and there is some decorations to keep the wandering mind engaged.

Parents and teachers will find ways to use this in class and at home.

I am not an educator and do not know how it can be used exactly but I like to draw and I hope this will be a help. Maybe they could be used as flash cards. I am working on more and will be posting more every week so come back often as I develop this project.

Sight Words Printable Coloring Page, For Look

This is a little project for little fingers who learn by doing or tactile methods. It is a single sight word that can be colored to help reinforce the learning of the word.

Parents, teachers and homeschool families will be able to find ways to use this in class or at home to reinforce the teaching.  I am not an educator and do not know the principles of teaching but I like to draw and I hope this is useful

The letters of the word are big enough to color in and there are little decorations to help keep the student engaged.

HOW TO PRINT

• With some printers, you can just highlight it and send it to your printer.
• Some printers work better if you copy and paste the image into a Word Document then print as you would normally. 
• Some printers work better if you first drag the image to your desktop and print from there.

 "Come near to God, and he will come near to you..." James 4:8.   I admit it is not the entire verse, but I chose to use the positive part, which was easier to illustrate.

Printable Koi Fish Coloring Page

This is a simple picture of a fish that can be colored in.  

It was a cut out from another project I was doing for an art lesson for some kids but the fish was so nice that I thought I would make it into a coloring page.

Parents and teachers will be able to use this in class and at home. Coloring pages make a nice vacation activity for in the car or on a plane.

Koi fish are often white, yellow and black in color. This can be made to look beautiful if you give the background tints of blue or green.
