COLOR THE PICTURE
I like to color the ribbon pink to contrast with the green leaves. Resist the logic of using black for the letters; it is much more interesting if you use dark blue, brown, or red. The flowers can be a lot of colors.  Chose a color for the frame bars that is a good accent. Don't forget to color the backgrounds but keep them light.

Free John 3:36 Print And Color Page, Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life

This is a printable coloring page with John 3:36, Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life.

This print and color page features a challenging gospel verse. It is not a comfortable scripture for those who have not yet received Christ into their lives, but to those of us who have, it is a great promise that gives comfort and hope.  This is a verse that is often used in presenting the need for Christ. You might think that the business of God's wrath is so negative, but the positive of having Christ for eternal life is a far greater positive.

Free Romans 8:32 Print and Color Page, "He who did not spare his own Son..." Bible verse

Printable coloring page with Romans 8:32, He who did not spare his own Son.

This print and color page features an inspirational verse of faith and the promise of God's Blessing. It reminded us that God has truly given everything to redeem us when He gave His Son so that all of our needs and worries are a small issue by comparison. You see God is a generous and gracious God.

You can use this as a handout after the Children's church. When you color the words it helps you to think about the scripture and begins to help you to memorize God's Word.

THE VERSE
Romans 8:32 is a very logical scripture.  It says God gave His own Son for our sins, in other words, God gave everything, He gave what is the most precious and valuable treasure. Everything is lesser by comparison to Jesus. Since God gave the biggest and best there is no reason to hold back the lesser things. I hate to use a cheap example, but it is like one of those infomercials you see on tv in the middle of the night where if you buy the idem they throw in all kinds of unbelievable bonus products.

Romans 8:32 says,

"He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all--how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?" Romans 8:32.

I spent several hours creating and drawing this printable for you. I wanted the flowers and vines to look like they might really look with some twist and parts laying over other parts. It looked a little crazy at first but it turned out to be one of my most favorite pictures.  I had to trace parts of it over several times to get it to look right. I hope you like it.

TO PRINT
This image of the coloring page should print without a problem. Click on it and save and print as you normally would. If you have problems printing see the HOW TO PRINT tab or try the updated link below that should print better.

If you print on heavy cardstock paper you may find that you can use watercolor paint or pens and inks.

Free 1 Corinthians 15:3 Print And Color Page, Christ died for our sins Bible verse

This is a printable coloring page with 1 Corinthians 15:3, Christ died for our sins, Bible verse.

This print and color page features an inspirational verse on Christ's sacrifice on your behalf. It makes it clear that Christ came to die for your sins and it was not an accident but was foretold in God's Word. It pares well with vs 4. I drew it to go with an Awana lesson that talks about this verse.

When you color in the words it helps you to memorize the scripture and it helps you to reflect on the meaning.

1 Corinthians 15:3 says,

"For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance[a]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures" 1 Corinthians 15:3.

Free Deuteronomy 6:6-7 Bible Verse Print and Color Page

This is a printable coloring page with Deuteronomy 6:6-7.

This print and color page features a favorite and inspirational verse from God'sWord.

It helps you to memorize the scripture when you color in the words to the verse.

THE VERSE
This scripture admonishes us to become so familiar with God's commandments that they are daily common conversations. It teaches that there is no place where we cannot discuss and teach God's word. This scripture in particular, tells us to talk to our children daily and often about God's Word.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 says,

"These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up." Deuteronomy 6:6-7.

THE ART
I draw the borders by hand and use a lightbox to trace the picture over a few times until I am happy with it. I wanted to do something that is like an ancient manuscript with a flowery border and twisty vines. I drew the flowers all over to give it some points where you can be creative and add color.

ABOUT PRINTING THE PICTURE

  • This is on you will want to use pencils or fine-tipped markers.
  • There are lots of flowers and vines.
  • The flowers are different types, so each type can be a different color.
  • The ribbon that wraps the vine can be another color, too for contrast.
  • The background around the letters and behind-the-border decorations can be another color but may be paler.
  • The frames can be bright, like red or orange.

Here is a printable coloring page with Isaiah 49:15-16.

This print and color page features an inspirational verse about God's great love for you. It is the favorite verse about how God has engraved our names on the palms of His hands.  It makes us think about Christ's wounds that he received at the cross when he died for mankind's sins.

If you print on heavy cardstock paper, you may be able to use watercolor paint or pens and inks.

COLOR THE PICTURE

When you color in words to the verse, it helps you reflect on the scripture and even memorize it.

There are a lot of things to color in this picture. The flowers are all different shapes and sizes, so they can be colored in different ways. The frame bars can be a bright contrasting color, and the letters of the words can be filled in with a different color but try something besides black since it can look lovely if the letters are something else. The background around the letters can be filled in, too; try a natural warm color like tan, so it looks like an ancient manuscript. Of course, the two hearts in the corners can be red or pink.

Children like to color the picture with crayons, but if you try fine-tipped markers or colored pencils like my favorite, Prismacolor, you will be able to get into the smaller areas. Prismacolor pencils can be found at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. (I always look for coupons online.) The letters are big enough to color in.

As your children do the activities they will be engaging in God's Word personally and directly. This kid's Bible Fun Time printable has five scripture-based activities that will engage the kids in their individual unique style of learning. I spent a lot of time selecting the verses and know God will use them in young hearts.

THIS ISSUE FEATURES
• The coloring picture is inspired by john 10:28
• The word search is taken from John 16:33
• The crossword uses 2 Chronicles 7:14
• The explorer’s challenge (mini Bible study) uses Philippians 2:10

Free Matthew 6:34 Print and color page, "Do not Worry About Tomorrow," Bible Verse.

This is a free printable coloring page with Matthew 6:34.

Here is a Bible verse that has inspired people for generations. It teaches us to not worry.  It is from Jesus's Sermon on the Mount.  This is a favorite memory scripture. It tells us to focus on the "here and now," and not to worry about tomorrow.

Matthew 6:34 says,

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own" Matthew 6:34.
