1 Peter 1:7 Print and Color Page

Free 1 Peter 1:7 printable coloring page.

Kids and adults both like to color the verse. Coloring the letters in the letters of the words helps you to remember the verse. When it is done, the page is a reminder of God's Word. It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too.

1 Peter 1:7 says.

"These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold--though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.1 Peter 1:7.

ABOUT MY ART

I created the border by tracing several other designs and combining them together. There are examples of illuminated pages with different designs on each of the four sides, and I wanted to try something like that. I printed the text and traced around the letters to give an area to color.

ABOUT PRINTING THE IMAGE
If you have problems printing, CLICK HERE to visit my how-to-print page.

Even though it takes many hours, I create these coloring pages because I love God’s Word, and I hope they bring you a blessing. They are free, so feel free to print as many as you want.

If you print on cardstock, then you can use markers or water-based paint.

When you color the letters in, it helps you remember and memorize them. When it is done, this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching.

There are many ways it can be colored.
I suggest using a dark color for the lettering and a light or neutral color for the background.
The letters are small, and it would be good to use a fine-tipped marker or colored pencils.
The hearts offer a lot of places for pink or red, and the vines can be green.
Try a different color for the frame border.
The crown can be yellow, orange, light blue, or silver.

MY ART

This is the second time I've illustrated this verse. My earlier piece was more suitable for children and very basic, but this one is a little more challenging since it requires coloring the entire verse and adding more embellishments to the illustration.

I spent a considerable amount of time creating it. I had to do a lot of tracing, which I did using a lightbox to trace the art. I printed the letters and traced around them to create areas to color in. It needed some revising, and after it was composed, I scanned it into the computer.

Adults enjoy coloring these pages because it helps them memorize them, and when displayed, it reminds them of God's Word.

There are many opportunities to be creative with this picture. The letters are big enough to color in.
The edges have many bits to color in, and the tomb landscape can allow creativity.

Blessings, and thank you.

A WORD ABOUT PRINTING THE IMAGE

If you have problems printing, CLICK HERE to visit my how-to-print page, where I have gathered some tips and suggestions that may help you.

MY ART

This free printable coloring page is fun to color in. This passage is a classic of comfort and hope.

Sometimes, it takes me hours to draw these coloring pages, but I'm glad to do so because I love God's word, and I hope they bring you a blessing.
I worked on this picture for days. It was challenging to design and then integrate all my ideas.  I traced a few things from other images, scanned them to the printer, and cut and pasted them together. The words were printed and then traced and changed to give them style.

COLOR THE PICTURE

  • I like to color the background light blue with the sun's rays in a pale yellow.
  • I suggest coloring the letters in a medium to dark hue.
  • There are numerous opportunities to be creative with the flowers at the bottom and sides.
  • Try just a hint of rose or salmon in the clouds to give it a sunset look.
  • I like to use a warm color for the frame bars around the picture, such as red or orange.

I hope you enjoy coloring this picture as much as I enjoyed drawing it.  I know you will have a wonderful time with it.

Blessings, and Thank You.

ABOUT THE VERSE

This is one of those popular scriptures that give us comfort and hope in the wonderful, endless love of the Lord for those who love him. It tells us that God's love for us is endless and beyond measure.  It says that He has taken our sins away beyond any way of finding them again.

Psalm 103:11-12 says, "For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us." Psalm 130:11-12.

MY ART

I draw my coloring pages by hand; they are not "generated" by a bot or AI. Thank you for supporting human beings who make art from their soul.

I had to use a lightbox and a fine-tipped marker to trace this, in its entirety, three times, and there are a few parts that I traced more. I wanted it to look like an ancient illuminated manuscript. I had to print the letters and then trace them onto the picture. It was hours of work, but it turned out well. I hope you like it.

It helps you memorize the scripture when you color the letters, and when it is done, this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching.

COLOR THE PICTURE

There are many areas in which a young artist can express themselves in this picture. The letters can be filled in with any color. The frame bars could be tan or dark brown. The leaves can be green, and the hearts can be pink or red. You can use a different color behind the decoration in the border, and even lightly color the background behind the letters.

Thank you, and God Bless.

Printable Galatians 2:20 Coloring Page, I have been Crucified With Christ

This is a free Galatians 2:20 printable coloring page.

This is a wonderful scripture that many people have memorized. It teaches us that our identity with Christ is so complete that his death is our death, and his life is our life. It is a challenge to act on faith and live in a manner that is consistent with the same kind of life that Christ lived.

Galatians 2:20 says,

"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.Galatians 2:20.

MY ART

This picture took a long time to design and trace. I printed and traced the letters to the verse and drew the border art around them. I wanted it to look like an ancient illuminated manuscript so I put a lot of vines and flowers around the edges. Parts of it had to be traced over multiple times before I was happy with it.

A NOTE ON PRINTING

  • The flowers can be splashes of colors.
  • I like to use a dark color for the letters but not black.
