A WORD ABOUT PRINTING

For help with printing, CLICK HERE to visit my how-to-print page above or try the link below.

ABOUT MY ART
Even though it takes many hours, I draw these coloring pages because I love God's Blessed Word. I hope they bless you.

This took a couple of evenings to create. I printed the words out and then used a lightbox to trace around the outside of the letters so they had areas for you to color. I wanted the picture to look like ancient illuminated text, so I added decorations around the borders. I also combined some art that I had drew before and traced it all into a page. I think it turned out nicely and may be one of my favorites.

When you color the letters in, it helps you memorize the scripture, and when it is done, this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching.

COLOR THE PICTURE
  • The letters can be colored in any color or combination.
  • The border gives a lot of opportunities to be creative.
  • There are leaves and hearts and flowers to color.
  • The frame bars can be colored in some bright colors
  • And don't forget to color the background areas behind the decoration and the letters.

1 Timothy 6:6-7 Printable Coloring Page, Godliness with Contentment is Great Gain.

1 Timothy 6:6-7 print and color page.

1 Timothy 6:6-7 says,

"But godliness with contentment is a great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and we can certainly carry nothing out" 1 Timothy 6:6-7.

This verse teaches us that contentment goes with godliness as if you cannot have one without the other. It is a verse that humbles our desire for gain because the greater gain is godliness.

MY ART

Sometimes it takes me hours to draw these coloring pages, but I draw them because I love God's Word, and I hope they are a blessing to you. Feel free to print as many as you need..

I tried to draw oak leaves and paisley designs like some classic illustrations around the border.  I had to trace this several times before I got it right, and I ended up doing the straight lines on the computer, then I printed it and then traced everything on that before I scanned it back into the computer and uploaded it for you.

COLOR THE PICTURE

There are a lot of ways this can be colored. I like to color the background a soft tan and the lettering a dark, dramatic color like blue, brown, lavender, or purple. The border frames can be a completely different color that can contrast. There are lots of oak leaves and decorations to color.

Kids like to color this picture with crayons, but if you try fine-tipped markers or colored pencils, you will be able to get into the smaller areas. My favorite coloring pencils are Prismacolor. Prismacolor pencils can be found at Staples, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby. (I always look for coupons online.)

Philippians 4:13 Print And Color Page, I can do all things.

Here is a free Philippians 4:13 Print And Coloring page.

This is one of the favorite scriptures for people to memorize. It is a verse of faith in God and expresses how we look to Him to give us the strength and power to overcome obstacles and endure difficulties. It teaches us that we can do all the things we have to do if we rely in faith in Christ. It says that Christ is the source of our strength.
It helps you memorize the scripture when you color the letters, and when it is done this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching.

I worked on this for hours. I drew some of it by hand and I traced some of it and some of it is computer generated and pasted in.

Philippians 4:13 says,

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. " Philippians 4:13.

I like to color the background a light blue and the letters a brown. There are a lot of opportunities to be creative with the cross scene at the bottom. The vines and oak leaves give a little room for color. Don't forget to color the background around the left-hand script I would suggest a tan and the letters a bright blue. I know you will have a wonderful time with it.
