Printable Color and Fold Encouragement Card with 2 Timothy 1:7 Bible verse

This is a cute little printable greeting card with 2 Timothy 1:7.

Print this card on heavy cardstock, then you can color by hand, fold it, write something inside and it is ready to give. It is a great kids craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy too,

It will fit in the standard invitation envelope that you can get at any office supply store. Print on cardstock, like a 60 lb or80 lb paper, so it is heavy and firm. After it is printed cut it in half across at 5.5 inches (this is assuming US measurements of an 8.5 x 11 sheet) and then fold it in half down the middle. Color with sharpies or pencils.

The Bible verse on the cover is  "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline."  2 Timothy 1:7.

Why pay five dollars for a card when you can print this for pennies? And when you color it in it has a personal touch.

If you have problems printing see the "HOW TO PRINT" tab above or try one of the updated links below that should print better.

PRINT THE PICTURE

If you have problems making the image below print, CLICK HERE to visit my how-to-print page, I have gathered some helpful tips for you and put them there. There is a link below that may print better if you have problems.

It doesn't look like much but I spent about three or four hours designing and tracing this picture. It went through a lot of changes in the process. I had to print the letters from the computer then trace them into the picture as outlines so you would be able to color the words but even with that effort I still had to redesign the letters some.

It is a great kids' craft or coloring page for adults to enjoy, too. It helps a person memorize the verse, and when it is displayed, it is a reminder of God's Word.

It takes me hours to draw these coloring pages, but I make them because I love God's Word, and I hope they are a blessing to you. You are welcome to print as many of my coloring pages as you can use.

There are many ways to color this. The background behind the letters can be any light color for contrast. The hearts can be red or pink, and some flowers can be any color. I suggest using two different greens for the vines and the leaves. The cross and landscape can provide many opportunities for creativity. Some borderlines can be a contrasting color like blue or red so they pick up the color of the hearts.

If you print this on heavy paper, you can use more mediums like markers or paint.

I hope you enjoy coloring this picture as much as I enjoyed drawing it. (I had to draw it four times before I got it right) I know you will have a wonderful time with it.

Psalm 46:10 Print and Color Page, Be Still and Know That I am God

Psalm 46:10 Printable coloring page.

This is a wonderful verse that invites you to be open to God. It has a message that is so very important for us today. First, it tells us to be still, not worry, and not strive to create our own solutions to everything. To be still is a way of thinking of faith and trusting. This verse reminds us of the saying, "Let go and let God." This verse also tells us that God is resolved to demonstrate His glory. It makes me wonder if my lack of stillness in life is robbing God of glory or me of knowing God in his most glorious? It is a great verse and gives you a lot to think about.

Adults like to color these pages since it helps a person memorize the verse, and when it is displayed, it is a reminder of God's Word.

A WORD ABOUT PRINTING

If you have problems printing see the "CLICK HERE" to visit the How-to-print page or try one of the updated links below that should print better.

ABOUT MY ART
I create free coloring pages because I love God's word, and I hope you are blessed by them. I am glad to do it for you. You are welcome to print as many of my coloring pages as you can use.

It took several hours to design and draw this. I wanted it to be simple and appealing but look like an ancient manuscript. I had to print the words out and trace them in the outline onto the page. The little church and country scent took a few tries, and I had to clean it up when I scanned it back into the computer. I used the computer to create straight lines. I hope you can use it and that it is a blessing for you.

Adults like to color these pages since it helps a person to memorize the verse, and when it is displayed, it is a reminder of God's Word.

There are a lot of opportunities to be creative with this picture.
  • The church scene can be different greens for the lawn and bushes, and trees.
  • The frame bars can be a warm color like orange or brawn.
  • The area behind the frame decorations can be a light color, like yellow or tan.
  • The letters can be colored in easily, and dont forget to color the background behind the letters.
I hope you enjoy coloring this picture as much as I enjoyed drawing it. I know you will have a fun time being creative with it.

Blessings and thank you,

MY ART

It helps you memorize the scripture when you color the letters, and when it is done this is a beautiful reminder of the Bible's teaching.

I spent about four hours designing, drawing, and tracing this over before posting. I wanted it to look like an ancient illuminated text. I tried to have different things to give it interest and to give you room to be creative.  I draw these by hand and do a lot of tracing things repeatedly to get them right. I hope you will have a lot of fun with it.

COLOR THE PICTURE

There are a lot of fun things that you can do to make this into a beautiful picture. Use fine-tipped markers or colored pencils.
The letters can be colored easily since they are opened.
The paisley designs can be color in several ways.
There are flowers and a ribbon on the left border to color.
The frame bars can be something bright, and the background can be a pale hue.

I hope you create a masterpiece!
